Who is Teaming?

I work with growth-stage and scaling organisations to design structures, leadership systems and people strategies that support sustainable performance.

My background spans employment law, senior HR leadership and organisational transformation. This gives me a commercially grounded perspective on complex organisational challenges. I’ve worked closely with boards, CEOs and leadership teams to redesign operating models, strengthen leadership effectiveness and navigate periods of growth, restructuring and change.
